Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in DAG: Dodge. Adapt. Go Again. (“DAG” or the “App”), developed and published by Giovanni Pace, who uses Pacesoft as the commercial/project brand for software products.
DAG is an arcade game for Apple devices and uses third-party services for advertising, consent management, in-app purchases, leaderboards and achievements.
DAG does not require a proprietary account and does not ask users to directly provide their name, surname, email address, phone number or payment details. The App may store scores, personal bests, progression, Discoveries, unlocked Ship Styles, Power Chips, tokens, Daily Run status, preferences and Remove Ads state locally on the device.
DAG uses Google AdMob for interstitial advertising. Google may process technical information such as IP address, device and OS information, identifiers where permitted, ad impressions/interactions, diagnostics, fraud-prevention and measurement data.
See the Google Privacy Policy.
DAG uses UMP to manage privacy and advertising choices. Where required by law, users may give or refuse consent, select purposes and later change those choices through Privacy Options in the App.
DAG uses Apple StoreKit for the optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Transactions are handled by Apple. The controller does not receive or store card numbers, banking data, Apple Account passwords or other payment credentials.
DAG uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards, scores, achievements and syncing results with the user’s Game Center profile.
See the Apple Privacy Policy.
Data may be handled to operate the App, save progress/preferences, manage scores and achievements, deliver ads, manage consent, verify purchases, prevent fraud and maintain security/stability. Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on performance of the requested service, consent, legitimate interests related to security/fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
DAG uses Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center) and Google (AdMob, UMP). These providers may process data internationally according to their own privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
Giovanni Pace/Pacesoft does not directly sell users’ personal data.
Locally stored game data is generally retained until the App is deleted, data is overwritten, or an available reset function is used. Data handled by Apple and Google follows their respective retention policies.
Where GDPR applies, users may exercise rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent.
Requests can be sent to giovanni@pacesoft.it.
DAG is a general-audience video game and is not specifically designed for children. The App does not directly ask players to provide identifying information.
